A fishing game I made for Discord. You cast, wait, catch something (or you don’t), sell it, buy a better rod, and move to deeper water.

How you play

Type /fish. You’ll wait a few seconds. Something bites, or it gets away. Each cast eats one bait, so don’t burn through your worms for no reason.
Check /inventory. Sell what you don’t want with /sellall (or /sell if you’re picky about one fish).
Spend coins in /shop. Better rods pull rarer stuff and cast a little faster. Don’t forget to /equip what you buy.
Level up, then /travel somewhere harder. Pond is fine for a while. The trench is not the pond.

There’s also /daily for free coins and worms, /collection for the fish you’ve found, and /leaderboard if you care who has more money.

You start at the pond. The rest unlocks as you level — travel costs a few coins too.

Quiet Pond lvl 1 · free behind the gas station energy. bluegill and carp mostly.
Mirror Lake lvl 3 · 25c actual lake. bass live here.
Rushing River lvl 5 · 50c current’s mean. salmon and trout.
Saltwater Coast lvl 8 · 100c bigger fish, longer fights.
Deep Sea Trench lvl 12 · 250c dark. bring a real rod.
Mystic Lagoon lvl 18 · 500c found this one later. not normal water.

common — bluegill, carp, perch

uncommon — bass, trout, catfish

rare — salmon, pike, tuna

epic — swordfish, sturgeon, marlin

legendary — golden koi, ghost eel

mythic — kraken spawn, aurora leviathan

Sixteen species total. Better bait and rods tilt the odds, but nothing is guaranteed — fish still get away sometimes.

Slash commands. Type / in Discord and they show up.

That’s pretty much it.
